Hotmail was created even before Gmail was created. Hotmail have more security setting and they have greater speed than Gmail that what they think but which is not true.

As a personal Gmail user I think Gmail is the best. They have a lot of good features. You can change the themes any time you want .They have a great security systems .Gmail records your conversations in the chat. Gmail filters your spam mail within 30 days. They have a great storage.

I would use the email address because it’s more of a personal thing .other people would never know what going between your company and your self.

Why is spam bad?

1. The free ride-So basically AOL has been receiving 1.8 million spam from cyber promotions. They were enough of this and they went to the court and reported it. Now they don’t get any more advertising spam, unnecessary spam.
2. The ``Oceans Of Spam'' Problem.-so most of the spam nowadays say us to send a remove  email id list back to them but first of all we never asked them to make us join them then why should we sent back .Think about this if one person decided to send spam we would get 1000 spam per day.
3. The theft of resources-they just take up the space on your computer. Like a lot of spam as you click it another link opens or something is put to your documents.
4. It's all garbage-all spams are such worthless not usefull stuff. It always some weird messages or weird links. It’s always never useful you have no idea why you got that email because it has nothing to with you.
5. They're crooks.-As you some of the spams say if you need to cancel your email id from them send a remove letter but they never do that .they cheat always and keep sending you that messages. They give their fake email address so they never get that message.
It might be illegal.-most of the spams are illegal in many countries .such a pornography its highly illegal in united states but people already have spams about that.

Ten steps to stop spam

1.    Make sure your account settings are secure very strong so that no one can get your email id so you won’t get any spam’s.

2.    Have another email id which secure just give the email to your friends and family member so no spam.

3.    Block those email address so you won’t get any spam’s from them.

4.    Have a anti-spam software so that they can block the spam’s from getting to you means you won’t get any spam.

5.    Just don’t buy their product or never reply back to them even if it says to.

6.    Just delete the spam’s a fast as possible before it gets overloaded and hard to delete every spam.

7.    If you go to ex a game site before you make an account make sure to look at their policy to make that if they send you commercial messages or if you can stop.

8.    Remove your name from the search list ex from yahoo.

9.    Report your complaints about this spam’s to the government or any other agencies which you think that can help you.

10.Just all the spam’s.

If you’re sending an e-mail to a person it undergoes the same process as a letter.  when a letter is send it goes to different postal stations to find the right one .when a e-mail is send it passes from computer to another in the process called mail server .when the e-mail has reached the destination it is stored in the electronic device called the inbox. Its stored there till the owner looks at his      e-mail.

•  MIME-Multi-purpose internet mail extension is the full form of MIME. You can send formatted images, documents, videos etc.
• SMTP- Simple Mail Transfer protocol. This software helps you to find the persons e-mail address.
4. MIME helps you send more than just few words of text, it  also  helps you send  pictures ,videos, documents etc

5. Facebook and Twitter are so popular because most of the teens use this for communicating with strangers and their old old friends and new friends. I prefer facebook because from a personal experience being a teenager I think it’s the  best way to be more social and I can get to contact my old friends who lives outside of Canada through facebook. And it’s more a personal type of site. My choice is better because I have heard that people say that twitter is so bad.
